Customer Reliability Engineer

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in rotating equipment and sealing systems, with a strong focus on maintenance, reliability, and asset performance improvement.
• Solid understanding of industrial plant operations and maintenance environments, including work management systems, turnaround planning, maintenance planning, and scheduling processes.
• Experience working in a proactive, multinational, and multicultural environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of rotating equipment reliability principles and maintenance best practices.
• Knowledge of the John Crane product portfolio is considered an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as Vibration Analysis, Machinery Lubrication, Thermography, Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
