Responsibilities
- Servicing Branch Customers and maintaining branch operation in-line with Audit Compliance requirements.
- Execute area mapping, cold calls and BTL activities to meet acquisition targets.
- Complete accurate AOF/KYC and ensure CKYC submission without errors.
- Cross‐sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for all new customers.
- Manage assigned portfolio for balances, usage and service requests within TAT.
