Customer Relationship Manager

Own and drive sales and margin performance for your territory

Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives

Achieve revenue targets through retention and increased share of wallet

Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, taking corrective action where required

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decisionmakers

Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Motion’s full product and service offering

Deliver compelling value propositions that position Motion as a trusted partner

Partner with sales, product, service, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions

You are a commercially astute relationship builder with experience managing key accounts and delivering measurable revenue growth.

Experience managing key accounts with a focus on retention and growth

Strong capability in developing and executing account strategies

Experience i n contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives

The ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders

Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month

Formal business or sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
