Job Description
We are seeking a motivated **Customer Relations Executive** to join our team in a business setup company.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients looking to establish or grow their businesses.
You will assist clients with inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout their business setup journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients seeking business setup services.
- Respond to client inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Provide accurate information about company services, packages, and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requirements.
- Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collect feedback to help improve service quality and customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Languages:** Fluent in English; Hindi preferable.
- **Experience:** Previous experience in customer relations or client-facing roles is preferred.
- **Gender Preference:** Female candidates only.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
