Customer Project Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliverables, project plans, revenue planning, and project execution with stakeholders.
• Manage assigned tasks through completion and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Analyze project metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and document risks, issues, and change requests.
• Support presales scoping, customer-site integration and installation, and post-implementation reviews.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree or vocational education in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in the medical device or a similar industry.

Preferred skills

• Preferred: AERB/PCPNDT regulatory compliance, data analysis and interpretation, project management, budget management, and stakeholder management.
• Preferred: capability assessment, risk assessment, project scope development, KPI management, business acumen, people management, and service operations.
