About the role
Coordinate customer operations for an international agricultural supply business, helping shipments and deliveries move smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage import and export documentation with accurate, timely processing.
- Coordinate international shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
- Organize domestic deliveries and follow them through to completion.
- Keep shipments on track, anticipate challenges, and find solutions.
- Work with colleagues and partners across countries.
What the employer is looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in import/export documentation, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, a proactive hands-on attitude, and ownership.
- Good English communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
- ERP experience is a plus.
