Through Routech, customers can compare shipping rates, book shipments, track orders, and manage multiple logistics providers from one seamless platform.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Customer Onboarding Specialist.
The specialist will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into using our logistics platform.
Key tasks include assisting clients in setup, providing training and resources for platform usage, addressing client queries, gathering and analyzing onboarding-related feedback, and working cross-functionally to optimize the client experience.
The role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and ensuring they achieve their shipping goals through our services.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Experience in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding with a focus on guiding new users through technical platforms or services.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting feedback and improving the onboarding process.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented on-site environment in Riyadh.
- Familiarity with logistics, shipping, or eCommerce industries and ZOHO is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
