About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and client-focused Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you’ll support new clients as they get started with ZIWO, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience through hands-on coordination, setup assistance, and training support.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or coordination who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in scheduling onboarding sessions and maintaining clear communication with clients
- Help configure ZIWO setups for new customers according to their business needs
- Guide clients through onboarding documentation, videos, and platform tutorials
- Track onboarding progress and escalate any blockers to the senior team
- Collect feedback from clients and support post-onboarding surveys
- Keep CRM records updated with onboarding milestones and activities
- Ensure each client receives the tools and guidance needed for a successful launch
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, training coordination, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Tech-savvy with an interest in SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with CRM and onboarding tools
- Fluent in Arabic and English
