Responsibilities
- What you’ll be doing
- As a Customer Marketing Content Editor, you'll play a key role in delivering personalised customer communications across a range of marketing channels. Working within the Customer Marketing team, you'll be responsible for building, editing, quality checking and publishing customer-facing content, ensuring communications are accurate, compliant and delivered to the highest standards.
- You'll work closely with Customer Marketing teams, campaign managers, content specialists and technology partners to create and deploy customer communications that support marketing activity, customer journeys and business objectives. From initial content set-up through to publication and post-delivery support, you'll help ensure communications are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- A key focus of the role will be managing content production activities within established governance and control frameworks. You'll be responsible for maintaining content accuracy, carrying out quality assurance checks, supporting testing activities and ensuring all communications meet regulatory, brand and customer experience requirements before release.
- You'll support the ongoing optimisation of content operations by identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance workflows and increase efficiency across content delivery activities. Working with colleagues across Marketing, Digital, Risk, Legal and Technology, you'll help implement improvements that strengthen controls while enabling faster and more effective communication delivery.
- You'll also contribute to the development and maintenance of content templates, reusable assets and publishing standards, helping create a consistent and scalable approach to customer communications. Through effective stakeholder collaboration, you'll help resolve issues, manage competing priorities and ensure communications are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- As a trusted content delivery specialist, you'll use your attention to detail, organisational skills and continuous improvement mindset to support the successful execution of customer communications. Through your work, you'll help deliver engaging and compliant experiences for our members while supporting the ongoing evolution of Nationwide's customer marketing capabilities.
