Job Purpose
We are seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our company as a Customer Loyalty Specialist.
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for contacting new customers shortly after onboarding to introduce the company, confirm policy details and ensure a smooth start.
Your primary focus will be to conduct customer welcome calls and identify any early concerns or needs.
Job Description
- Conduct outbound welcome calls to new customers
- Educating clients about their insurance policies, introduce company services, features and support channels
- Verify customer information and onboarding details
- Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Collect feedback to improve customer experience
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in customer service, call center or sales preferred
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic is mandatory (Russian is preferred)
Competencies Required
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Customer-centric attitude
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally
- **Location Expectation:** This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
