Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Experience Manager.
The primary responsibilities include managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, improving customer experience through effective communication, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing service enhancements.
The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine processes and strengthen customer service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
- Proficient in Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and teams
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback and drive actionable improvements
- Customer Service knowledge to effectively address inquiries and resolve issues
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in remote environments
- Familiarity with the car rental or mobility sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
