Alter Ego is hiring a customer experience manager to lead initiatives that strengthen service quality and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Develop customer experience strategies, map journeys across touchpoints, and improve customer journeys.
- Monitor satisfaction, feedback, retention, and service KPIs; analyze feedback and identify improvements.
- Work with sales, marketing, operations, and support teams to improve service delivery.
- Set customer service standards, processes, and best practices; manage escalations and coordinate resolutions.
- Prepare reports and performance dashboards, conduct customer research, and identify changing expectations and trends.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of customer experience, customer service, or related management experience.
- Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping and service improvement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and customer-insight abilities.
- Experience with CRM and customer feedback platforms; UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.
