The role supports positive customer experiences and referrals to appropriate bank partners.
Key responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions according to procedures and regulations.
- Understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and handle confidential matters carefully.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate non-standard activities when needed.
- Promote banking solutions and complete business processes accurately and on time.
- Explain banking solutions and processes clearly to customers.
- Support team effectiveness, keep coworkers informed, and take part in personal development.
- Recommend operational improvements and deliver quality customer experiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administration, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the internet.
- Initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer experience skills.
Work location and hours
- Work location is Prince George, British Columbia, Canada.
- The posting lists 15 hours.
Pay
- The stated pay range is CAD $22.00–$27.21; no pay cadence is specified.
