Customer Experience Agent
About This Role
Job Description The Customer Care Agent will act as the first point of contact for clients and tenants, handling all service-related requests and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. The role requires strong coordination skills to manage maintenance requests, track progress, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service requests
- Register and track complaints and maintenance requests in the system
- Coordinate with FM teams (MEP, housekeeping, security, etc.)
- Ensure timely resolution as per SLA/KPI standards
- Provide regular updates to customers on request status
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications Family Book
0-2 years experience in related field
Good System and Interpersonal communication skills
