Role overview

What the role requires

• Bachelor's degree; a Business Administration focus is preferred.
• 4–7 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience in FMCG or CPG industries.
• Prior Retail Account Management experience.
• Fluent understanding of forecasting, Nielsen, and trade management systems.
• Availability to travel 10% of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute solutions for customer objectives, category leadership, profitability, and sales growth.
• Drive seasonal placement and shelving, merchandising, and pricing.
• Influence customers with fact-based presentations that benefit both customers and Mars.
• Execute new product launches effectively and on time.
• Deliver agreed customer solutions with accurate forecasting and follow-through.
• Manage customer trade funds in line with internal and external requirements and improve spending effectiveness.
• Provide category information, growth recommendations, customer feedback, and potential solutions.
