Overview

  • Proactively interacting with the customers to secure new orders.
  • Monitor and expedite shipments to ensure timely movement and delivery of cargo.
  • Closely follow up with carriers and service providers to prevent delays and resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and provide shipment status updates.
  • Ensure all documentation related to shipments is properly prepared and processed.
  • Coordinate with customs clearance teams and other stakeholders when required.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems accordingly.
  • Operating from customer locations when required.
