Join Our Team as a Customer Care Representative (Dubai, UAE)

As a **Customer Care Representative**, you’ll be the vital link connecting clinics, patients, and our laboratory teams.
Your role
ensures samples are handled with precision, clients receive exceptional support, and operations run smoothly from end to end.

Your Impact
- Serve as the bridge between clinics and our laboratory
- Ensure biological samples reach the lab safely and on time
- Support clients with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance and safety
- Strengthen operational excellence through accurate Salesforce and Navision use
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer care and service coordination
- Manage daily sample reception and cold‑chain logistics
- Use **Salesforce** to track cases and client interactions
- Register patient and sample data in **Navision** with precision
- Maintain documentation, traceability, and SOP compliance
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Laboratory teams to exceed client expectations
What You Bring
- A passion for service and operational excellence
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare‑related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or laboratory workflows
- Experience with **Salesforce** and/or **Navision**
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a regulated, fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient care skills
- Ability to speak Arabic (preferred/advantageous) to support regional patients
