Tasks And responsibilities
Duties Before Sales
- **Handling Whatsapp**
- Managing customer inquiries, providing information, and assisting with pre-sales queries through WhatsApp using Rasayel Software.
- **Handling Emails:**
- Effectively managing and responding to customer emails, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
- **Handling Calls:**
- Handling incoming calls from customers, providing assistance, answering questions, and addressing their needs.
- **Follow-up on Quotes:**
- Continuously monitoring and following up on quotations provided to potential customers to facilitate the sales Process.
- **Handling Social Media Messages:**
- Engaging with customers and prospects on social media platforms, addressing messages, comments, and inquiries to foster positive interactions and potential sales opportunities.
Duties After Sales
- **Order Update:**
- Ensuring that customers are regularly updated on the status of their orders, including processing, shipping, and delivery times.
- **Delivery Follows Up:**
- Tracking and monitoring the delivery process to ensure that orders are delivered to customers on time and without issues.
- **After Sales Service:**
- Providing support and assistance to customers after they have made a purchase, addressing any post-purchase concerns or issues.
- **Taking Customer Feedback:**
- Soliciting and recording customer feedback to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in products or services.
- **Follow-up with Suppliers:**
- Maintaining communication with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of products, address supply issues, and maintain a smooth inventory flow.
Qualification & Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- +1 years of experience in the same position.
Skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
- Computer Skills.
Benefits

Salaries between 5,500 SAR - 6,000 SAR
2. ( 5 ) Working days only.
