Customer Service Executive (UAE National)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional assistance in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Process customer orders, service requests, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Assist customers with product and service information.
• Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
• Prepare customer service reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Support showroom and retail operations as required.

& Requirements

• **UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.**
• High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
