Customer Care Executive (Order Processing & Delivery Coordination)

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Customer Care Executive to handle online orders, communicate with customers, coordinate deliveries, and manage order processing through Zoho Books and our website system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders from the website accurately.
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, updates, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with delivery companies to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track deliveries and resolve any delivery-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate order records using Zoho Books.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn Zoho Books.
  • Ability to coordinate with delivery companies and manage logistics.
  • Fast learner and able to adapt to new systems easily.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
