Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Customer Care Executive to handle online orders, communicate with customers, coordinate deliveries, and manage order processing through Zoho Books and our website system.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders from the website accurately.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, updates, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with delivery companies to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track deliveries and resolve any delivery-related issues.
- Maintain accurate order records using Zoho Books.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or e-commerce.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Zoho Books.
- Ability to coordinate with delivery companies and manage logistics.
- Fast learner and able to adapt to new systems easily.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
