Duties and responsibilities
- Analyze customer segments, monitor KPIs, identify trends, and uncover insights supporting acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Translate findings into clear presentation decks and reports for stakeholder decisions.
- Partner with business stakeholders on analytical needs, ad hoc analyses, and recommendations for customer initiatives.
- Develop and improve recurring reports, dashboards, and presentation materials using customer datasets, reporting tools, and AI-driven systems.
- Monitor first- and third-party customer data quality, identify issues, and support evaluation of new datasets and sources.
Qualifications
- At least two years of prior data analyst experience.
- Degree in business, marketing, mathematics, statistics, or another related field.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SQL or relational databases is preferred.
- Strong written communication and self-management skills, with ability to engage across business and technical teams.
- E-commerce, marketing, or digital analytics experience is a strong plus.

Compensation
- Listed base pay range is $65,200–$108,700 USD; actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications.
- Total compensation includes the Zoro Incentive Plan.
