Customer Advocates
who can provide empathetic support while acting as an inbound sales engine for our E-commerce partners.

Advocate & Seller
- Communicate with shoppers via chat, email, and phone to provide product recommendations and bundles.
- Drive sales through expert knowledge of the brand’s identity and product line.
- Handle returns and tracking inquiries while looking for opportunities to save the sale.
- Ensure each interaction reflects the brand's tone, voice, and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of remote customer support experience with an emphasis on sales/upselling.
- Internet: Must have 25 Mbps Download / 25 Mbps Upload (minimum).
- PC: Intel i5 processor or higher is required.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional empathy, patience, and a natural ability to persuade.
