Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Account Manager based in Riyadh.

The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring satisfaction.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, developing proposals, monitoring client accounts, coordinating internal teams to meet client objectives, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

The role also involves providing insights to improve services and maintaining an understanding of market trends and company offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in customer account management, client services, and addressing customer needs effectively
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to provide data-driven solutions
  • Project coordination and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts concurrently
  • Basic knowledge of IoT and telematics technologies is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Prior experience in the technology, telematics, or mobility sector is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
