-Schedule

  • Friday to Tuesday: 1:00PM – 9:30PM
  • -Hourly pay rate: $18.25
  • -Number of Hours: 40-hour work week.

-Key Responsibilities

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dust and clean surfaces, including windows and mirrors
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste
  • Stock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored
  • Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, parking lot, dog park, and the surroundings of the assigned areas.
  • Must be capable of independently moving large green trash dumpsters.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
  • Perform other assigned duties by your supervisor.

-Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment
