Job Functions

Duties to include

• Sweeping, mopping and waxing floors; vacuuming carpets; maintain restrooms by washing and sanitizing toilets and sinks and restocking supplies; cleaning mirrors and windows, dusting, trash removal inside and out; maintaining outer premises by watering plants, cleaning entrances, keeping lot free from trash and assisting with snow removal.
• Requirements
• Must be able to work independently and follow a cleaning schedule. Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred (especially in industrial or office environments)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active for most of the shift
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
