- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required
- TYPE OF SKILL AND/OR REQUIRED LICENSING/CERTIFICATION
- Software Certifications/Licensure Equipment Other Items Strong knowledge of K-5 mathematics curriculum and instructional strategies. Experience in curriculum design and development for primary education. Ability to create clear, engaging, and teacher-friendly instructional materials. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication skills for providing feedback and guidance. Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and academic teams. Familiarity with differentiated instruction and student assessment methods. Proficiency in creating digital slide decks and educational resources. Detail-oriented with a focus on aligning curriculum to learning objectives. Commitment to supporting student learning and academic achievement.
- LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
- -No supervisory responsibilities. May provide occasional work guidance, technical advice and training to staff.
- WORK COMPLEXITY/INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT
- -Work involves the application of moderately complex procedures and tasks that are quite varied. Independent judgment is often required to select and apply the most appropriate of available resources. Ongoing supervision is provided on an "as needed" basis.

- -Decisions are made on both routine and non-routine matters with some latitude but are still subject to approval. Job is occasionally expected to recommend new solutions to problems and improve existing methods or generate new ideas.

- -Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment that does not subject the employee to hazardous or unpleasant elements. The position requires the ability to lift and/or carry less than 15 pounds and travel to campuses, satellite office locations, and other district sites as needed.
