Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in curriculum coordination, instructional leadership, or academic management within an international school following the American curriculum
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment frameworks, and instructional best practices
- Demonstrated experience coaching teachers and improving classroom performance
- Experience with curriculum mapping, educational planning, and student performance analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to lead collaborative teams and manage multiple academic initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational management systems
