Curriculum and Learning Design Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience developing curriculum and instructional materials for adult learners.
• Strong hands-on Canvas course-building skills and practical experience with LTI 1.3 tools and content links. Blackboard or Brightspace experience is preferred; willingness to learn both is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional approach to client service.
• Proficiency with AI tools, supported by strong research, critical thinking, editing, and document design skills.
• Ability to work independently within the Director’s guidance, manage priorities, and deliver accurate, polished work.
• Familiarity with U.S. education or workforce development programs is preferred.
• Application Requirement
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate Canvas courses they have personally built through a portfolio, recorded or live walkthrough, or sample course. Be prepared to explain your contributions and design decisions. Demonstrated hands-on Canvas course-building experience is required for consideration.
• Hours: This position is US hours from 10pm - 7am PHT
• Compensation: PHP 70,000–85,000 gross monthly base salary, depending on qualifications and experience
