Responsibility

• Design and deliver employee engagement activations that connect and inspire people across the organisation.
• Develop and execute initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and reflect the company's culture and values.
• Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of internal events, from concept through to execution.
• Oversee all logistical elements to ensure events are delivered to a consistently high standard.
• Manage and nurture relationships with external suppliers and local business partners.
• Champion the employee experience and act as an ambassador for the organisation's culture.
• Identify opportunities to celebrate people, recognise achievements, and create meaningful moments at work.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
• Maintain budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
• Raise and process invoices in a timely manner, maintaining clear and organised financial records.
• Track, analyse, and report on key engagement metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience working within large organisations is preferred.
• Experience in event management.
• Strong capability in data reporting and presentations.
• Ability to take ownership of specific initiatives.
• Strong support on department administrative tasks.
