Dizzaract is a AI and Gaming infrastructure development studio founded in 2022, headquartered at Yas Creative Hub, Abu Dhabi. We develop AI-powered games and systems, including our innovation R&D laboratory FAR labs, the upcoming PVP shooter game Farcana, and the AI gaming identity platform GAMED. Our research and development team boasts over 100 peer-reviewed papers and more than 20 patents in AI-driven gameplay, digital ownership, and competitive design. Who we're looking for:

A hands-on CTO who actually builds things. Not a "strategy only" person. You'll write code, debug prod at 11 pm if needed, and help the team move fast without breaking things.

• Technical launch and mass scaling of digital products

What you'll do:

• Own the architecture for backend systems that scale to millions of concurrent users with zero downtime.
• Run LiveOps for live games and apps: deployment, monitoring, incident response, the whole loop.
• Write and review code daily.
• Own cloud infra across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Cloudflare Workers.
• Integrate AI/LLM frameworks directly into consumer products.
• Hire, mentor, and grow the engineering team of AI operators. Keep ego out, ownership in.

What you bring:

• Experience at Big Tech, top startups, or high-growth gaming/AI companies
• You've personally scaled and maintained live products or games with 1–2 million MAU minimum (10M+ is better)
• Strong coding skills: modern stack, cloud native, edge computing
• Deep knowledge of Azure, GCP, AWS, Cloudflare Workers
• Real experience with databases and frontend frameworks that scale
• You switch between cloud, infra, AI, and product without losing momentum
• You care about user experience as much as system design

Education: Bachelor's or Master's, PhD in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent real-world experience.
