Role overview

Join a hospital team as a CSSD Technician responsible for processing medical instruments and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, decontaminate, inspect, and assemble medical instruments and equipment.
  • Package, sterilize, store, and distribute instruments and equipment.
  • Follow hospital policies, infection prevention and control standards, and applicable healthcare requirements.

Requirements

  • A DOH license and previous CSSD experience in a hospital or healthcare facility are required.
  • Knowledge of sterilization, autoclave operation, instrument handling, and infection prevention and control procedures is required.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow hospital SOPs and safety procedures are required.
  • Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team is required.
  • Relevant CSSD or sterile processing qualification or training is preferred; UAE hospital experience is an advantage.

Pay

  • The description lists pay of AED 3 to AED 8 per month.
