AWT has the following position open in our Grand Blanc, MI location:

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, Hours are - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Additional days and hours may be necessary due to production requirements.

Required Job Duties

Duties Description Customer Management • Accurate Order entry of non-EDI orders • Arranging expedited freight shipments • Responding to customer inquiries • Manage Net Changes with customer – negotiating new delivery dates. (no line break-ins) • Accessing customer portals as needed • Complete NAFTA and customs documents as needed • Assist in collection abilities as it relates to the materials team. Materials Team • Weekly cycle counting • Physical inventory participation • Providing input to scheduling regarding customer demand and priority • Daily review of pending orders with production and scheduling Audits Including MMOG • Assist in auditing • Provide input during auditing process regarding Customer /Order Management Inventory Management • Assist when required- Cycle Counting • Assist in physical inventories (number to be determine by Executive Management) • Assist in collection for OBS FG
