CSR (Dubai | Non-Voice Account)

Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to potential and existing customer queries regarding products and services.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Clarify complaints, identify causes, explain solutions, and expedite corrections or adjustments.
• Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Escalate issues and work with internal and external departments on resolutions.
• Contribute to team results and perform related assigned duties.

Job Qualifications

• College graduates of any discipline are eligible; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent typing skills and strong MS Office Suite background, including Excel and Google Spreadsheets, are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed for international customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Must communicate professionally and politely with customers.
• Must report onsite in the Dubai office.

Job Requirements

• Provide a personal laptop, computer, or tablet with keyboard for virtual training; office equipment is provided after hiring.
• Be available for shifting or rotational schedules, holidays, and weekends.
• Be available to start work as soon as possible.

Pay

• Pay is up to AED 5,000 per month.

• Work location is in person.
