Overview
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Manage end to end Order Management through various channels - internal and external communication via email, phone, or ERP.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, finding solutions or escalating when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with CROSS functional teams to ensure product availability and timely Shipment/delivery.
- Ensure that all orders are invoiced accurately and promptly as per SLA.
