Our services cover marketing, exchange listings, market making, ecosystem growth, fundraising support, and full go-to-market execution.
We are looking for a highly connected and execution-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our Dubai team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new crypto/Web3 clients and strategic partners
- Build and maintain relationships with exchanges, market makers, KOLs, VCs, communities, and ecosystem partners
- Support projects with go-to-market strategy, market positioning, and growth initiatives
- Coordinate execution across marketing, listing, liquidity, and partnership campaigns
- Source partnership opportunities within the UAE and global crypto ecosystem
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand business opportunities
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry
- Previous experience in BD, partnerships, fundraising, marketing, exchange relations, or related Web3 sectors
- Existing network within crypto, trading, or financial industries is a strong plus
- Arabic language skills are highly preferred
- Experience working with exchanges, market makers, launchpads, KOLs, or Web3 infrastructure projects is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
