MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate Degree (Business) 2-4 years related experience Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED Very little to no travel Overnight stays unlikely Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in merchandising within Internet retailing, physical retail store operation or catalog/direct marketing company. Good written and verbal communication skills. PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Per 8-hour shift. Sit 3 hours and stand 5 hours. Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard. Infrequent walking and climbing stairs. Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.). Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire. No agency calls please.
