Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha.
The Crossfit Coach will lead group exercise sessions, design personalized fitness programs, and provide guidance on proper techniques and injury prevention.
Responsibilities
include conducting fitness assessments, motivating clients, and promoting overall well-being through an integrated approach to fitness and nutrition.
The coach will foster a supportive and engaging environment for all members, encouraging them to reach their personal health and fitness goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting Group Exercise and Fitness Training
- Knowledge and expertise in Fitness Instruction and the Fitness Industry
- Understanding of Nutrition principles to support clients' health goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate clients
- Certifications in fitness coaching, personal training, or CrossFit coaching (e.g., Level 1 or higher) are highly preferred
- Ability to create dynamic, safe, and customized workouts for varying fitness levels
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
