We're Hiring: CRM Support Product Owner – Salesforce
We are looking for an experienced
CRM Support Product Owner
to manage and support Salesforce platforms including
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
.
This role will own CRM support, enhancements, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
Employment Type: Contract (1 Years and Renewable)
Immediate joining preferred- April 20th- Candidate needs to be onboarded
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce CRM support operations
- Own Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud
- Act as Product Owner for CRM backlog and enhancements
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests
- Prioritize requirements and coordinate with technical teams
- Work with business stakeholders for requirement gathering
- Oversee releases and platform improvements
- Ensure system stability and user adoption
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce CRM support experience
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud
- Strong Product Owner / CRM support background
- Experience managing backlog and stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and workflows
- Experience working in Agile environment
• Salesforce Admin Certification
- Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud certifications (good to have)
- Marketing Cloud knowledge
- Jira / ServiceNow exposure
