Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Optimize lifecycle journeys spanning welcome flows, onboarding, re-engagement, and win-back strategies.
• Analyze customer data and build targeted audience segments for relevant messages.
• Test subject lines, content layouts, send times, and calls to action to improve open, click-through, and conversion rates.
• Track daily and weekly campaign results, including ROI, customer lifetime value, and churn, and share actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and provide a cohesive brand experience.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency with major CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.
• Comfort working with customer data, Excel, and performance analytics tools.
• Ability to craft or guide compelling, action-oriented brand copy.
• Strong attention to detail when checking links, spelling, and formatting before sending.
• Focus on customer journey optimization and long-term customer lifetime value.

Pay

• ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month.
