Join a growing technology-products and solutions business as a CRM & Sales / Customer Support Executive.
The company offers products and solutions including LED screens, digital signage, and POS machines.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Nurture leads, understand customer requirements, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain customer, lead, quotation, and follow-up records in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer communications, prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals, and provide after-sales support.
- Build relationships, handle customer questions and concerns, and follow potential customers through deal closure.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams on customer service and order processing.
- Identify sales opportunities and maintain accurate interaction and sales records.
- Support monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in CRM, telesales, sales, customer service, or customer support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable using phone, email, and WhatsApp with customers.
- Good follow-up, relationship-building, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Confident handling objections and negotiating toward a sale.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Technology-products, POS, digital signage, or LED-screen experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Salary is QAR 3,500 all-inclusive per month; the posting also states pay from QAR 3,500 per month.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Work location is in person.
