We are an AI-first retention agency based in Dubai.
We have built proprietary AI tooling that generates segmented, on-brand email campaigns in seconds, not days.
Our clients are UAE ecommerce brands and we are scaling fast.
We are not looking for someone to manage Mailchimp templates.
We are looking for a senior operator who has worked with serious brands, knows retention inside out, and has already started building with AI tools themselves.
If you have worked at a top agency or in-house at a global brand, know Klaviyo like the back of your hand, and have built something with Claude or AI agents on the side, this role was written for you.
The Role
You will be the most senior CRM hire at a fast-moving AI agency.
You will own client strategy, build retention systems, and work directly with the founders to shape how we deliver at scale.
You will use our AI Email Agent dashboard to run campaigns that would take a traditional team weeks to complete, in hours.
This is a Head of CRM role with startup equity upside.
Not a coordinator role.
Not a manager role.
A builder role.
What You Will Do
- Own retention strategy across all client accounts
- Run deep CRM audits and build full lifecycle email programmes
- Use our proprietary AI dashboard to generate and deploy campaigns
- Build and refine AI agent prompts that produce better output
- Join founder-level sales calls where your expertise closes deals
- Hire and manage junior CRM staff as we scale
- Work directly with me to shape the product roadmap
- Report directly to founders with no middle management
What We Need
- Minimum 5 years in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing
- Must have worked with globally recognised brands, we want names on your CV
- Klaviyo expert across flows, segments, deliverability, and revenue attribution
- Proven track record with specific numbers, specific results, specific brands
- Already using AI tools daily, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, it does not matter which
- Built something with AI, an agent, an automation, a tool, anything counts
- Experience with Claude Code, n8n, or similar agentic workflows is a bonus
- Dubai-based
- Excellent written English, you write copy that converts
- Ecommerce background essential, B2B CRM experience is not relevant here
