The role oversees CRM initiatives and strengthens customer engagement across multiple channels.
Role responsibilities
- Develop CRM strategies, optimize customer journeys, improve retention, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data, identify behavioral trends, and manage customer segmentation.
- Implement targeted campaigns and monitor CRM performance and customer lifecycle management.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure effective use of CRM platforms and technologies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align engagement strategies with organizational objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and strategies.
