🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Crm Manager

  • to lead customer relationship management strategies, optimize CRM platforms, and enhance customer engagement initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will manage CRM operations, improve customer data processes, develop lifecycle strategies, and leverage analytics to increase retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with organizational objectives, customer experience goals, and revenue growth targets
  • Manage CRM platforms, databases, workflows, automation processes, and system optimization initiatives
  • Design and execute customer lifecycle strategies including acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty programs
  • Analyze customer data, behavior patterns, segmentation, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, IT, and business teams to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency
  • Develop CRM processes, governance standards, data quality frameworks, and best practices across the organization
  • Monitor CRM performance, customer engagement metrics, conversion rates, retention rates, and campaign effectiveness
  • Support sales enablement initiatives through customer insights, pipeline analytics, reporting, and automation tools
  • Manage CRM integrations, system enhancements, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure customer data accuracy, privacy compliance, security standards, and proper data management practices
  • Prepare CRM dashboards, customer analytics reports, performance insights, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Customer Experience, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certifications in CRM platforms, customer experience, marketing automation, data analytics, or equivalent are advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM management, customer experience, sales operations, marketing operations, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing CRM platforms, customer data strategies, or CRM transformation initiatives preferred
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, automation, analytics, and reporting
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar solutions
  • Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to translate customer data into actionable business insights and strategies
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
