Requirements

  • * 7+ years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, marketing technology, customer experience, or a related field.
  • * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred.
  • * Proven experience developing and implementing CRM strategies.
  • * Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, lifecycle management, and retention strategies.
  • * Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer analytics, and reporting tools.
  • * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn customer data into actionable strategies.
  • * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • * Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with senior leadership.
  • * Strong understanding of customer journeys and engagement strategies.
  • * Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
  • * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • * Experience in distribution, consumer products, electronics, retail, or related industries is a plus.
