Required skills and experience
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Domo or Power BI for dashboards, reports and sharing business insights.
- Experience preparing, cleaning and validating data for accuracy.
- Ability to translate business questions into clear data outputs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
Desirable skills
- Knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages is desirable.
- Familiarity with advanced Excel functions and pivot tables is desirable.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs are desirable.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge is desirable.
Key responsibilities
- Build, update and maintain Domo dashboards and reports for business areas and key clients.
- Define reporting standards and create standard and advanced reports as required.
- Develop and refine Domo reports for deeper analysis and cross-team visibility.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide timely, relevant insights.
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the wider team with ad hoc data queries and analysis.
