Role Objective
The Tech Lead will be the primary architect and technical authority for the Home Finance module within the bank’s Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem.
You will oversee the entire mortgage journey—from lead generation and property valuation to credit approval, legal documentation, and disbursement—ensuring a seamless, high-performance digital experience for both customers and bank employees.
1. Home Finance Domain Expertise (E2E)
- **Origination Architecture:**
- Design technical workflows for mortgage applications, including integration with automated valuation models (AVM) and credit scoring engines (AECB).
- **Document Automation:**
- Implement complex logic for the generation and digital signing (UAE Pass integration) of offer letters, mortgage contracts, and internal memos.
- **Collateral Management:**
- Architect the data model for property management, including developer details, project status, and unit-level tracking within the CRM.
2. Technical Leadership & Power Platform
- **Core Development:**
- Lead the development of custom plugins (C#), PCF controls for mortgage calculators, and complex client-side scripting (TypeScript).
- **Integration Strategy:**
- Oversee API integrations between D365 and the Core Banking System (CBS) for real-time account creation, loan booking, and lien placement.
- **Portal Development:**
- Lead the technical delivery of Power Pages or custom portals where brokers and customers can track application status and upload documents.
3. Local Compliance & Security
- **Regulatory Alignment:**
- Ensure all data handling and storage practices comply with UAE Central Bank regulations and the UAE Data Protection Law.
- **Localization:**
- Optimize the CRM for local requirements, including Arabic language support (RTL) and Hijri-Gregorian calendar conversions where necessary.
4. Team Management
- **Technical Mentorship:**
- Guide a team of developers, ensuring code quality through peer reviews and maintaining a robust CI/CD pipeline via Azure DevOps.
- **Stakeholder Management**
- : Work closely with the Head of Home Finance and Digital Transformation leads to translate business KPIs into technical features.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- 10+ years in D365 CE/CRM, with at least 5 years specifically leading Mortgage/Home Finance digital transformations.
- **Languages:**
- C# (.NET Core), JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL.
- **Tools:**
- Power Automate, Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power BI, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- **Middleware:**
Experience
- with ESB or API Management tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Kong, or Azure APIM).
- **Domain Knowledge:**
- Deep understanding of Ijarah, Murabaha (for Islamic Finance) or conventional mortgage structures.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) or ADX integration points for property verification.
- **Certifications:**
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) is highly preferred.
