We are now actively launching our B2C offering.
The role
You build Chabé's CRM strategy from scratch — tools, segmentation, journeys — in a demanding, high-end and international context, with a clear focus on retaining, developing and maximising the lifetime value of our B2B and B2C clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the CRM strategy: segmentation, scoring, client lifecycle management and journey automation
- Design and run retention, loyalty, upsell and cross-sell campaigns across B2B and B2C segments
- Build and optimise lead nurturing and re-engagement sequences
- Analyse client behaviour and continuously optimise conversion and retention rates
- Own CRM tooling and coordinate with tech teams on integrations and data flows
- What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience in CRM and marketing automation in a premium, high-end and international B2B and/or B2C environment
- Proficiency in one or more CRM/automation platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, Klaviyo or equivalent
- Technically confident, autonomous and resourceful — able to select, configure and operate CRM tools independently in a build-from-scratch context. Analytical, action-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken)
