Build Tania's customer segmentation framework using order frequency, product type (gallon, carton, coupon booklets), recency, lifetime value, and channel preference.
Own Tania's WhatsApp Business channel for transactional and promotional messaging.
Manage push notification strategy with rigorous A/B testing on timing, copy, and offers.
Support Tania's loyalty program communications.
Work with the Digital and AI Director on attribution and measurement connecting campaign performance to Tania's order data through mobile attribution and web analytics platforms.
