CRM Administrator / Sales Secretary

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high-value commercial proposals, quotations, and sales documents.
• Manage CRM records, sales pipelines, and activities for five Sales Managers.
• Handle contract correspondence and documentation, including FIDIC contracts.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the sales team.
• Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare commercial documents and reports on time.

Requirements

• Previous UAE experience in CRM administration, sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role.
• Experience in one or more of specialist contracting (particularly sports contracting and final finishes), high-value retail interiors and shopfitting, or high-end residential renovation and remodeling.
• Outstanding written and spoken English.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM management, monthly reporting, and sales forecasting.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and related correspondence.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional communication skills and presentation.
