We are seeking a Credit Risk Manager to lead the development and implementation of credit risk strategies that safeguard the organization's financial stability while supporting sustainable business growth.

The successful candidate will oversee credit risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, policy development, and risk governance to ensure prudent lending practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Credit Risk Manager will collaborate with business, finance, compliance, and senior leadership to evaluate credit exposures, monitor portfolio quality, strengthen risk controls, and provide strategic recommendations that optimize the balance between risk and return.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement credit risk management frameworks, policies, and governance standards.
  • Review and evaluate credit proposals, financial statements, and risk assessments to support sound credit decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance, identifying emerging risks, trends, and concentration exposures.
  • Conduct portfolio analysis, stress testing, scenario analysis, and credit risk reporting.
  • Establish, monitor, and review credit risk limits, risk appetite, and key risk indicators (KRIs).
  • Evaluate credit underwriting standards, approval processes, and risk controls to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with business units to support responsible business growth while maintaining prudent credit risk practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit risk reports, portfolio reviews, and management presentations for senior leadership and governance committees.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal credit policies, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
  • Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, and external reviews related to credit risk.
  • Recommend strategies to improve portfolio quality, minimize credit losses, and enhance risk management capabilities.
  • Monitor economic conditions, industry trends, and market developments to assess their impact on credit risk exposure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk management, lending principles, financial statement analysis, and portfolio management.
  • Knowledge of credit underwriting, credit scoring, expected credit loss (ECL), Basel framework, and enterprise risk management principles is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, regulatory reporting, and risk governance practices.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and risk reporting systems.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial information and provide practical, risk-based recommendations.
  • Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, CFA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.

Role Description

The Instructor will work on-site in the Greater Tarragona Area in a full-time capacity, providing training and guidance to customers and internal team members on the effective use of consumer electronics and digital printing solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, delivering group and one-on-one training sessions, demonstrating product features, and answering technical and usage questions in a clear and accessible manner.

The role involves coordinating with sales and support teams to understand customer needs, tailoring training sessions accordingly, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.

The Instructor will also document training activities, gather feedback to improve course content, and help ensure that users can operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Ability to design and deliver clear, structured training sessions, both for beginners and advanced users.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts in straightforward language.
  • Comfort working with consumer electronics, digital printing equipment, and related software; willingness to learn new tools and systems.
  • Organizational skills for planning training schedules, preparing materials, and tracking learner progress.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with patience, active listening skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in education, technical training, or a similar instructional role is preferred.
  • Secondary education or vocational training in electronics, education, information technology, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Spanish; additional language skills are an asset for supporting a diverse client base.
